Agyom did an initial comprehensive study of the current implementation of Automation in different modules and the different type of frameworks being used by multiple teams. Our Team came to the conclusion that all the teams should be provided with a single platform to develop their tests be it E2E, Backend, FrontEnd etc.

Aligned Test Architect along with team of 8+ RESOURCES (SDET) with technical expertise to develop a single platform for all test requirements be it Dev or QE team. For instance, Unit or Functional Tests could be written and executed from Single Point. These platforms also included Google Cloud API and GitHub API class to get the respective statuses of pods and PR events.

Along with Agyom’s Team multiple stakeholders from across the client products/modules came together to finalize a single framework for all the testing requirements. Together they also concluded many changes in the process of individual sign offs to collaborative sign offs for Integrations of different platforms

Implemented E2E pipelines on client’s CI tool for the different applications and modules where the reporting was directly done through GCR buckets by implementing allure and report portal to get live tracking of test runs. Also included GCP/Git API calls to validate statuses on both the platforms.
